Luke V. McCarthy

As a graduate from California Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Finance and Accounting, Luke V. McCarthy then went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate from the University of Santa Clara School of Law. Since 1976, Mr. McCarthy has been intimately involved in the real estate industry from development to sponsorship. Mr. McCarthy has been an active manager of real estate equity since 1978. Mr. McCarthy provides leadership, vision, planning, and strategic positioning to promote the acquisition and development of investment real estate.

Carl F. Willgeroth

President

Carl F. Willgeroth brings both a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Masters of Business degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Southern California to the strength behind Evergreen Realty Group LLC. Mr. Willgeroth has more than 30 years experience in the development and acquisition of real estate ranging from shopping center and office buildings to apartment buildings. In addition to his development abilities, Mr. Willgeroth contributes leadership and management in identifying and solidifying strategic partnerships with institutional capital partners. He has negotiated projects with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, J.P. Morgan Chase, New England Mutual Life Insurance Company, and Copley Real Estate Investors.

Tracy A. Thomson

Chief Operating / Financial Officer

With a degree in Business Administration from Irvine Valley College, Tracy A. Thomson has served as a Controller and Managing Director of an international real estate syndicator, the Chief Financial Officer of two REITs and many other public and private offerings, and a financial consultant in the real estate industry. Her FINRA Compliance Officer and SEC compliance experience accentuates her operational and financial reporting abilities. Ms. Thomson completes the Evergreen Realty Group LLC management mix with the innate ability to profitably operate both the Evergreen organization and the real estate investment properties which provide returns to investors.

William Kugler

National Sales Director

William Kugler directs and organizes the sales efforts of the national sales team for Evergreen Realty Group LLC. Mr. Kugler has more than 25 years experience in the securities industry and specializes in 1031 exchange programs, debt/equity programs, and development projects.

Gary Langendoen

Real Estate Acquisitions

With 15 years experience in property management with an emphasis on apartment management, Gary Langendoen specializes in interpretation of due diligence material in the analysis of acquisitions. As a California Real Estate Broker, Mr. Langendoen’s talent for identifying profitable real estate opportunities enhances Evergreen Realty Group LLC’s returns to investors.

Kay Hutchison

President Evergreen Realty Property Management LLC

Kay Hutchison manages the operations of the expansive Evergreen Realty Group LLC real estate portfolio. As a CPM Candidate, Ms. Hutchison draws on her 30 years experience in Commercial and Multi-Family portfolio management to profitably operate properties that result in cash distributions to investors and long-term equity growth.
